Who We Are

Adoptex is an independent, unbiased research company that measures broadband competitive position. Adoptex does not consult, does not sell technology, and does not take vendor referral fees. We measure where a provider stands and provide the route forward on an ongoing basis.

Independence Statement

Adoptex is independent by design. We do no implementation, we make no software recommendations, and we are vendor neutral.

Independent research, designed by people who have competed and won.

Our team brings more than 150 years of combined experience, much of it in broadband, and the rest across high technology, network operations, customer experience, and go to market leadership. We have done that work as individual contributors, as managers, as executives, and as owners.

That is why there are ten pillars. They are not a theoretical model, and they were not arrived at by reasoning from the outside. They are the areas that decide whether a company competes well, identified by people who spent careers finding out which ones actually move the outcome and which ones only look like they do.

We are a research company by design, not a consultancy that produces research on the way to something else. Measurement is our product.

Our Methodology

Most projects stall because leaders get opinions instead of evidence. The Adoptex Broadband Competitive Positioning System (BCPS) changes that by starting with a structured, index‑driven guide that measures your organization across strategy, operations, data, culture, and the network.

BCPS then works like a GPS for your competitiveness journey, turning those scores into a practical route. Each BCPS cycle delivers concrete use cases, risk checks, and measurable milestones, so executives can point to visible business impact within the next 60 days while technical leaders get the specificity they need to design and deliver with confidence.

The Team Behind the Index

Adoptex is built by a team that has spent their careers around broadband and high‑stakes technology decisions—not just chasing the latest trends. Together, we bring extensive experience across high tech, broadband strategy, and data, working with leaders who have to balance growth and reliability. We’ve helped organizations evaluate complex technologies, separate signal from noise, and turn them into practical roadmaps executives can trust and technical teams can deliver. That’s why our work focuses on clarity, evidence, and aligning incentives—so your competitiveness strategy is grounded in the realities of running a broadband business, not vendor hype.

Experts Behind Your Decisions

The Adoptex Team brings 150+ years of high‑tech, broadband strategy, data, and experience to help ISP leaders cut through hype and turn complex decisions into clear, actionable roadmaps.
